New partners in the pipeline

Progress

We're moving forward with new partners in the region. In Chile, we've kicked off conversations with Cuadrado as a potential new partner.

2

Grupo RyD — high-volume campaign

At risk

Grupo RyD has a campaign with a volume of 2.5 million outbound service messages and is asking us how we can help make it work.

At current pricing, the cost would be around USD 50,000, which is unfeasible for the client. We need to define what levers we have (volume, scheme) to bring the number down to something executable.

3

Sales process — more weekly meetings

Progress

We continue to increase the number of weekly meetings thanks to the new process Luz is applying, together with the support of Angel as telecaller.

4

Teleprom — Banco Nación RFP

In progress

Teleprom continues to participate in the large RFP from Banco Nación (the country's largest state-owned bank). They need our definition on two fronts: volume-based pricing and payment terms.

Yesterday we sent the email with the proposal covering both points — waiting on their response.

Due date: August 14

Logistics vertical — new approach

Good response

Very good response from the logistics vertical with the new personalized-per-shipment approach. Worth continuing to push this angle with other partners in the vertical.

6

Sport Media — massive actions confirmed

In progress

Sport Media confirmed they have massive/large-scale actions planned. Volumes and dates are still to be confirmed — following up to lock these in.

7

ISVs asking for help on large service-outbound accounts

In progress

Several ISVs are asking whether we can help them with their largest service outbound message accounts. Worth putting together a common approach we can offer across these accounts.

8

Green tick (OBA) — some BSPs bypassing the official process

Needs guidance

We were told that some BSPs are getting the green checkmark — the Official Business Account (OBA) badge — by contacting Meta directly instead of going through the correct process. Getting the green tick through the standard route has become very hard lately.

Checking whether there's a legitimate workaround or escalation path — e.g. via a Meta partner contact — that we could offer to our partners as well.
